About Me

Hi, I'm Coach Brenda!

I am a wife, mama, mimi, owner of B & B Holistic Health Coaching, and a midlifer going through many of the changes you are going through.

I have been involved with health and fitness for over 3 decades and earned my Bachelors in Sports Medicine and worked as a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer for several years.

I also have over 21 years as an educator in public education.

When life through some curveballs, I decided I needed to get some things figured out within the health and wellness areas of my life so, I went back to learn and in the process became a Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach, a CertifiedPersonal Trainer, and a Certified Nutritionist, so that I could use my passion of health, wellness, and fitness to help others.

I love helping midlife ladies navigate the peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause years by teaching them and coaching them into sustainable healthy lifestyle changes and habits so that they can be as healthy as possible going into the later years of life.

Helping ladies with sustainable healthy lifestyle changes and habits that take the weight off for good without counting calories, giving up favorite foods (&/or food groups), or spending hours working out is my game! I love simple strategies and I have lots to share with my clients.
